Film - faced Plywood, is also called formwork plywood (Van phu phim),... is layers of industrial wood glued together by layers of waterproof glue during the heat pressing process.
The film is known as a layer of Phenolic glued paper with outstanding waterproof and scratch-reducing properties.

 

Characteristics:
- Film boards have a plywood core made from many thin planks stacked on top of each other.
- The plank layers are bonded together with WBP waterproof glue under high pressure.
- Easy to use or assemble
- Environmental friendliness
- Lower price compared to other formwork molds.

Main specifications:
- Wooden core: Includes thin veneer panels from woods such as acacia, eucalyptus, fat, etc.
- Surface: Covered with a smooth film layer, limiting scratches and waterproofing.
- Glue: Phenol Formaldehyde, Melamine Urea Formaldehyde,…
- Size: 1220 x 2440mm; 1250 x 2500mm; as required.
- Thickness: 12-21mm; as required
- Tolerance +/-0.5mm

- Moisture content < 10%
